| Penerangan CU | Concrete Pump Pre-Operation Inspection is the inspection for routine maintenance of the concrete pump before the start of operation. It is an essential part of the on-going care and upkeep to avoid breakdown or malfunction. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify pre-operation inspection requirements, prepare tools for inspection, perform concrete pump pre-operation inspection and prepare routine maintenance checklist. The outcome of this competency is to prevent damage to equipment, reduce unscheduled downtime and ensure continuous and safe operation of mobile and static concrete pump in accordance with manufacturer’s manual. |
