The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to evaluate stock ordering quantity, verify stock receiving conditions, approve stock out movement, manage stock take activities and generate retail outlet stock reports. The outcome of the competency unit is a particular retail outlet has optimum stock levels during normal days, public holidays, festive seasons while discrepancies and deficiencies are rectified according to retail outlet current practices and procedures. |
