The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify routine maintenance requirements, prepare tools, equipment and materials, perform routine maintenance work and prepare routine maintenance record. The outcome of this competency is to prevent damage to equipment, reduce unscheduled downtime and ensure continuous and safe operation of equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s manual. |
