The person who is competent in the CU shall be able to plan retail outlet manpower requirement, analyse staff performance appraisal, resolve staff disciplinary actions and establish retail outlet staff development program The outcome of this competency unit is staff salary, remuneration and benefits established according to latest Employment Act and current company Human Resources (HR) policies and practices while disciplinary actions for staff imposed according to Employment Acts. |
