| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in timber treatment waste disposal. He or she is responsible to determine and dispose timber treatment wastes which are toxic and hazardous to environment. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine timber treatment waste disposal requirements, verify timber treatment waste conditions, identify storage location, prepare timber treatment waste disposal schedule, dispose treatment waste and record timber treatment waste disposal. The outcome of this competency is to manage timber operation waste properly in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and its regulations and environmental act and regulations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage and dispose timber operation waste according to the procedure. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Determine timber operation treatment waste disposal requirements. • Analyse timber operation waste specifications. • Identify storage location. • Prepare timber treatment waste disposal schedule. • Dispose timber treatment waste. • Record timber operation waste management. |
