Penerangan CUThe customer services handling define as service rendered to customer before, during and after purchase. Above-and-beyond services rendered to customer are stressed in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Competent personnel shall be able to handle front end services, carry out paging announcement, arrange delivery service, carry out wrapping services, handle free gift / items redemption, handle faulty item exchange, handle customer refund, attend to customer complaints, registration of membership card / loyalty card, handle Cut Make Trim (CMT) service and prepare customer services reports.
Efficiency in handling customer services will ensure quick response to customer enquiries and the arts of handling customer complaints are critical in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure quick response to customer enquiries,
apply the arts of handling customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction. Upon completion of this
competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
