Competent personnel shall be able to identify branch operations support requirements, monitor tenants operations compliances, monitor maintenance and utility services activities, monitor mall hygiene status, monitor security and safety status, monitor car park management services status, coordinate information counter and paging services. Efficiency in handling branch operations support will provides welcoming ambiance for mall customers / visitors. |
