Penerangan CU | Microalgae human resource management is the functional roles of performing workforce staffing and deployment activities. It is to ensure microalgae production operating system, personnel practices and employment benefit, compensation, workforce appraisal and enrichment schemes are consolidated in compliance with legislative condition to manage human behaviour situations in a variety of business circumstances. The person who is competent in microalgae human resources management shall be able to develop microalgae production job classification, manage microalgae production recruitment process, staff performance activities, training programs and welfare programs. The outcome of this competency is to achieve the optimum use of company’s human resource, maximised their potential without straining the employer-employee relationships as well as the sense of belongings and satisfaction of the employees. |
