The role of Human resource research & development assistant is to support Staffing Manager in conducting research and development function in order to achieve outcomes. The person who is competent in Human resource research & development assistance will be able to analyze human resource research & development assistance concepts and requirements, develop human resource research & development assistance activities plan, perform human resource research & development assistance, evaluate human resource research & development assistance activities, and prepare human resource research & development assistance report in accordance with organisational requirement.
