The role of Foreign employee employment management assistant is to assist Staffing Manager in managing foreign employees employment function in order to achieve staffing objectives. The person who is competent in foreign employee employment management assistance will be able to prepare foreign employment requirement proposal, submit foreign employment immigration approval application, perform Employment Pass and dependents pass application assistance, and perform foreign employee entry management assistance in accordance with related legislation and organisational requirement The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
