| Penerangan CU | This CU title describes the competencies in tourist arrival and departure services. He or She is responsible to manage and coordinate tourist arrival and departure services. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able Perform pre-arrival activities, perform “meet and greet” at arrival point, transfer tourist to accommodation destination, execute accommodation check-in, ascertain tourist departure details, plan tourist arrangement, inform tourist in advance of departure details and arrangement, coordinate departure arrangement, execute accommodation check-out, transfer tourist to departure point, execute boarding arrangement activities at the departure point. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that tourist feel welcomed, cared and secure at the point of arrival and departure in accordance with Code of Ethics and relevant rules and regulations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage and coordinate tourist arrival and departure services.
