Penerangan CU | Mall Public Relations Support Services describes the competency in supporting mall public relations function to enable the mall to run an effective public communication and develop constructive relationships on a sustaining basis that builds trust and credibility. In a technologically-driven era of an explosion of media channels, both digital and social platforms, and the wave of globalization, public relations function play a pivotal role in bridging the communication gap in ethical two way communication between mall and its diverse stakeholders. This competency strongly needed to support the function. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to perform news monitoring, perform CSR activities support services, perform crisis administration support services, perform social media admin support services and perform mall promotion material proposal development support services. The outcome of this competency unit is all mall business sensitive classified news are traced, recorded and highlighted as specified, CSR program implementation achieved stipulated objectives and a systematic crisis handling support services provided in accordance with organization requirement. |
