front line operation function of the
Mall to achieve the specified
objectives.
A competent person in this
competency unit shall be able to
monitor receptions service activities,
monitor mall customer service counter
functions, monitor mall customer
special needs program implementation,
monitor mall customer value added
program implementation and monitor
mall customer relationship activities.
The outcome of this competency unit is
ensured smooth movement of shoppers
into the mall as possible by providing
necessary assistance, guidance, and
support as stipulated in the related mall
standard operation procedure.
