The function is expected to provide an operative support such as news and public related matters surveillance to generate management alertness for necessary response. The function also covers implementation of mall public relations support services operation as required by the mall. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to supervise news monitoring, supervise CSR activities support services, supervise crisis administration support services, supervise social media admin support services, and supervise mall promotion material proposal development support services The outcome of this competency unit is news surveillance for a public and market sensitive mall business environment provided. The function bring mall closer to community through an effective CSR program. This function also provide a systematic crisis handling for the mall. |
