The competency unit as important as brand was identified of the elements that differentiated the mall products or goods from the competition. This could place the mall in front of other competitor. A competent person in this competency unit shall be able to administer advertisement program, administer public relations affairs, administer corporate social responsibility (CSR), administer government partnership program and Administer media relations. The outcome of this competency unit is mall is widely recognized as specified, advertisement reached targeted prospects and public relations administered as specified. Mall received good public response on its program, good brand image and high visitor’s volume in accordance with organization requirement. |
