The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare three phase motor system installation requirements, carry out three phase motor installation and termination, carry out three phase motor control installation and test three phase motor and motor control functionalities. The outcome of this CU is installation of a three phase motor system including motor and motor control to be ready for end user and complied with safety standard requirement according to MS IEC 60364, MS 1979:2007, MS 1936:2006, Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447), Electricity Regulation 1994, The Electricity Ordinance- Chapter 50 (Revised 2003), Electricity Rules 1999, Electricity (State Grid Code) Rules 2003, Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 (Act 672) and relevant regulatory body |
