The person who is competent in this CU should be able to setup radar parameters, carry out manual radar plotting, carry out radar positioning of vessel, carry out anti-collision avoidance and perform Automatic Radar Plotting Aid (ARPA) operation. The outcome of this CU is safe navigation at sea maintained in accordance with Collision Regulation 1972 (COLREG 72) as amended. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are trainees enable to safe navigation at sea maintained in accordance with Collision Regulation 1972 (COLREG 72) as amended.
