| Penerangan CU | Laboratory Sampling Preparations describes the process of specimen and data collection at a specific location ranging of living and non-living organism/sample with determined sampling method. The person involve in the sampling preparations are competent person with fieldwork and field equipment handling. The specimen and data collected will be used during the experiment in the laboratory and for specimen documentation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare sampling requirements, coordinate transportation activity, perform specimen and data collections, perform samples preservation and disposal. The outcome of this CU is good quality specimens and accurate data to be used in laboratory experiment and sampling activity completed within time frame in accordance with client’s requirements. |
