| Penerangan CU | Laboratory Operations Supervision describes the supervision work of all laboratory activities. The work involves specified procedures and methods are used in the administrative operation of the laboratory in accordance with organization requirements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct section meeting, monitor waste disposal, monitor safety, security and environment implementation, prepare staff performance, monitor laboratory cleaning activities, perform laboratory pre-testing activities, perform in-house training, perform liaison works and prepare section budget. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of a conducive and safe work environment, a disciplined and knowledgeable workforce with regards to laboratory operations in accordance with organization specifications. |
