| Penerangan CU | UT Procedure Development describes the competency in developing UT inspection written procedures for rail, joints and axles in accordance with railway area requirements to ensure the competent person is able to produce UT procedure correctly, and comprehensively. A competent person in this CU shall be able to review UT technical contract requirements, produce thickness gauging / measurement UT written procedure, produce lamination check UT written procedure, produce rail UT written procedure, produce joints UT written procedure and produce axle UT written procedure. The outcome of this CU is UT procedure are developed and used as guideline when conducting UT inspection in accordance with applicable railway NDT codes, standards and specifications. |
