| Penerangan CU | Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Data Interpretation, Evaluation and Reporting describes the competency of the personnel in interpreting, evaluating and reporting of ultrasonic data to ensure competent person is able to interpret UT findings and evaluate for acceptance and/or rejection in accordance with criteria specified by client specification requirements. The competent person in this CU shall be able to interpret and evaluate UT indications, determine test item quality and record and report UT results. The outcome of this CU is interpretation, evaluation and reporting of ultrasonic data is performed effectively in accordance with approved written procedure. |
