| Penerangan CU | Detailed Energy Thermal Audit is also called comprehensive audit or investment grader audit. It covers estimation of thermal energy input for different processes, collection of past data on production levels and specific thermal energy consumption. It provides a dynamic model of thermal energy usage characteristics of both the existing facility and all thermal energy conservation measures identified. Thus, the scope of this audit is to formulate a detailed plan on the basis of quantitative and control evaluation, to evolve detailed engineering for options to reduce total thermal energy costs, consumption for the product manufactured. The personnel who are competent in this CU should be able to plan detailed thermal energy audit, carry out detailed thermal energy audit measurement data collection activity, carry out detailed thermal energy audit historical data analysis, carry out detailed thermal energy audit technical data analysis and report detailed thermal energy audit activities. The outcome of this competency is comprehensive evaluation the building and potential thermal energy conservation measures through detailed information collection, in-depth analysis of facilities operations, and the analysis of thermal energy profiles created through interval metering. |
