He or she is the person who involve in acting as a middle man between the energy audit managers and the technicians to perform the operational activities in accordance to company rules and regulations. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to energy audit operational schedule, monitor energy audit work progress status, evaluate subordinate work performance, prepare section operational budget and update energy audit operations supervision reports The outcome of this competency is strategic utilization of manpower to ensure the energy audit operations are properly and efficiently executed and monitored according to company standard operating procedure |
