The person who is competent in the Organisational Management Skills shall be able to enhance good leadership manners, observe organizational behaviour, cognise emotional intelligence, adopt empowerment practices, demonstrate excellent organisation image, adopt appraisal systems, apply business analysis concepts and demonstrate professional personal appearance. The outcome of this CA is to handle organisational management behaviour in accordance with the standard and recommended practices. |
