This competency unit outline works scope of supervisory functions as stipulated in company description and SOP. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate job delegation, prepare job assignment, supervise work progress, assess staff performance, prepare section meeting, conduct in-house training, prepare project report and optimise equipment utilization. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of a conducive work environment, a disciplined and knowledgeable workforce with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
