| Penerangan CU | Cladding Installation Work Supervision describes the responsibility for direct report on progress and productivity in the organisation. Supervision often includes basic management skills, organising teams, new employees training, employee performance management and ensuring conformance to personnel policies and other internal regulations. A competent person in this CU shall be able to conduct briefing session, monitor staff performance, coordinate staff training and coordinate manpower arrangement. The person must possess CIDB Construction Personnel Card to perform the competency unit on site. The outcome of this competency is all the elements of supervision carried out in accordance with company requirement. |
