Penerangan CU | Chocolate Product Packaging describes the process of packaging various type of finished product with different types of packaging. This process is supported by machineries/ equipment in production. Information of products at the package such as customer, nutrition information, country, quantity, materials are printed at the packaging labels. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to check chocolate product packaging requirements, prepare chocolate product packaging requirements, perform chocolate product packaging process and maintain product packaging work area. The outcome of this CU is the chocolate finished product packaging are handled/monitored correctly and precisely according to packaging requirements, specifications and HACCP guidelines. |
