Penerangan CU | Chocolate Production Inventories describes the activities involve in inventory programme which are under production responsibility. The inventories are comprising of raw materials stocks, in work progress and finished products, machineries and others defined by production planning department according to company policy. The person who is competent in this CU should be able perform to production inventory requirements checking, perform company inventories activities and perform inventory improvement activities. The outcome of this CU is the production inventories activities are performed as per schedule, right balance of stock are maintained and inventory list are updated according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), production requirements and food safety regulations. |
