The correct counter measures for identified issues will improve the productivity by producing quality output and meeting production target according to production planning. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to assess production performance, perform production counter measures and prepare production counter measures report. The outcome of this CU is the issues in chocolate processing activities are investigated and solutions as counter measure are recommended within limited empowerment from management according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), production requirements and food safety regulations. |
