Penerangan CU | Chocolate Raw Materials and Product Storage Monitoring describes the process in monitoring the raw materials being handled and stored in a controlled environment (temperature, humidity, lights and air ventilation). The activities involved from receiving raw materials until finish product storing. There storing systems followed such as Life In First Out (LIFO) or First In First Out (FIFO). The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor raw materials handling, monitor raw materials storage area/room condition, monitor raw materials stocks and monitor product storing process. The outcome of this CU is the raw materials and products storing requirements are monitored as per product specification, systematic storing system and safe handling according to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), storage setting requirements and food safety regulations. |
