The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct briefing session, coordinate training session, perform subordinate performance appraisal and perform inventory control. The outcome of this CU is pepper farm operation executed as per schedule and procedure as well as personnel work performance can be improved through training provided by company in order to achieve production target. |
