| Penerangan CU | Station Ticketing Execution describe the activities conducted at the ticket counter either manually or through the ticket machine. This competency also describes the work activities performed prior to the opening of the counter, while operating at the counter and also leading to the preparation of daily sales reports. All work activities should be carried out in accordance with station procedures. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform on-duty procedure, perform ticket selling activities, prepare sales report and handle ticket counter inventory. The outcomes of this CU is the station ticket sales services executed in accordance with the station ticket selling procedure to meet customer requirements. |
