The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer work operation, conduct briefing session, coordinate training session and perform staff performance appraisal. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of a conducive work environment in station, disciplined and knowledgeable staff with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with station objectives and targets. |
