Penerangan CU | Railways On-board Housekeeping Monitoring describes the process in maintaining hygienic, clean, comfort and tidy environment within the coach area which include washroom, F & B and public area. The tasks include keeping coach areas neat and orderly, maintaining floor free from slip and hazards, and removing waste materials according to authority requirement and company SOP. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform washroom cleanliness inspection, perform coach and public area cleanliness inspection and perform railways on-board F&B cleanliness inspection. The outcomes of this CU are clean, hygienic, and tidy environment of railways on-board according to company SOP. |
