The staff is expected to give immediate and fast response to the incident in order to recover service operation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to determine incident magnitude, coordinate corrective action execution and coordinate crisis handling. The outcome of this CU is the impact of railways on-board incident to the passengers minimised and controlled according to company SOP and authority requirement. |
