Penerangan CURailways On-board Service Quality Administration and Supervision describes process of planning, organizing, directing, motivating, controlling and decision-making tasks. It involves overseeing the service operations, giving proper intervention, guidance, feedback and coordinating with management according to company policy and company SOP.
The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform administrative tasks, supervise staff and service provider staff and perform staff performance assessment.

The outcomes of this CU are staff performance enhanced and good governance of railways on-board service operation maintained according to company SOP.
