Penerangan CUTrain Operation Control describes supervision and control of train schedule, train movement and shunting activities and also coordination with other departments on special event.

The person who is competent in this CU should be able to check train availability, coordinate train schedule, monitor train movement, monitor train shunting and produce train monitoring report.

The outcome of this CU is the train operation control is efficiently coordinated and the train troubleshooting corrective actions are taken promptly according to SOP.
