The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out pre ship cleaning preparation, carry out pre dive routine, carry out propeller and thruster cleaning, carry out ship hull cleaning and carry out post dive routine. The outcome of this CU is the ship hull surface and equipment are free from any dirt and barnacles to ensure smooth sailing of ship based on the ship’s operation manual. |
