| Penerangan CU | Underwater Harbour Visual Inspection describes the competency in carrying out underwater harbour inspection on the submerged areas of the ship to detect any problems and take remedial action quickly. The visual inspection activities cannot be certified as the diver do not possess certified underwater Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) license. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out pre harbour visual inspection preparation, carry out pre dive routine, carry out underwater harbour inspection and carry out post dive routine. The outcome of this CU is the defect and abnormalities on underwater harbour structure and surface recorded and submitted to supervisor according to organisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
