The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan staff recruitment, approve staff performance appraisal and manage staff training activity.The outcome of this competency is maximise utilisation and efficient workforce performance that drive innovation and operation productivity through mobilizing workforce towards excellence in accordance with organisation’s target and objectives. |
