| Penerangan CU | Ammunition and Explosive (A&E) Technical Inspection describes the activities and processes of the technical inspection of generic types of A&E. Such inspections may be required where A&E has been damaged, faults and defects in the A&E type are suspected, as part of a routine inspection or surveillance inspection, and as a Safe to Move (STM) inspection for A&E that has been involved in an explosion. The activities and processes are equally as applicable for permanent, field or temporary locations, although the depth of the inspection may necessarily be limited under field conditions. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform A&E pre-technical inspection activities, perform A&E technical inspection and perform A&E post-technical inspection activities. The outcome of this CU is the A&E is properly inspected technically in accordance with A&E Handling SOP and IATG. |
