| Penerangan CU | Machining Operation Supervision describes the function in resolving issues and act as synergy between subordinates and upper management. The supervisor shall oversee and coordinate the workers to maintain an effective work environment in accordance with organisation objectives and targets. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct daily job briefing, prepare work schedule, supervise machining work progress, supervise machine preventive maintenance activities, conduct staff technical coaching and perform machining items inventory. The outcomes of this CU are the establishment of a compliance, conducive work environment, disciplined and knowledgeable workers with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
