The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform linear equipment and instrument calibration, perform angular equipment and instrument calibration, perform profile equipment and instrument calibration, perform roundness equipment and instrument calibration, perform weighing equipment and instrument calibration, perform tensile tester machine calibration, perform hardness tester machine calibration, perform tightness tester calibration, perform leak tester calibration, perform temperature equipment calibration and organise precision equipment and instrument calibration (external). The outcomes of this CU is calibration of mechanical precision equipment and instrument performed and calibration data is recorded and summarised according to company’s policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
