Budgeting is a tool that used to plan and control the use of scarce resources. It shows the company's objectives and how management intends to acquire and use resources to attain those objectives. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan budget requirement, develop budget proposal and propose department budget. The outcome of this CU is budget proposal prepared and presented to the top management in acquiring the expenditure needed to operate the department according to organisation procedure. |
