A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify site location and condition, identify safety and security requirement, participate in Project Management Team (PMT) meeting with both Onshore and Offshore Installation Management (OIM) and plan logistic for equipment and manpower. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the site is in compliance with the work safety requirement. |
