| Penerangan CU | Combined Cycle Power Plant Minor Upset Operation describes the competency in handling abnormal condition of combine cycle power plant with safe and appropriate manner. Upset condition is the abnormal condition that deviate from normal operational condition. Minor upset refers to non-critical abnormal event, for instance instrumentation drift, pump and valve changeover, that may have no direct or immediate impact on plant production. It can be attended solely by this competent person. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out to electrical system minor upset response, carry out balance of plant minor upsets response, carry out gas turbine minor upsets response, carry out HRSG minor upsets response, carry out steam turbine minor upsets response and carry out generator system minor upsets response. The outcome of this CU is stable and safe condition of combined cycle power plant in accordance with work instruction, operation manual and company standard operating procedure. |
