The ideal candidate shall oversee and coordinate the workers to maintain an effective work environment in accordance with organisation objectives and targets. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform daily briefing, prepare work schedule, perform job delegation, monitor work progress, implement safety, health and environment requirement, conduct on-job training and prepare appraisal recommendation. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of HSE legislative compliance, conducive work environment, a disciplined and knowledgeable workforce with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
