The person who is competent in this CU should be able to manage operation shift manpower, manage staff leave and movement, conform to regulatory competencies requirement, appraise shift team performance and plan shift team competency development. The outcome of this CU is safe, smooth, consistent and uninterrupted plant operation by competent shift personnel in accordance with company HR policy and compliance to the regulatory requirement. |
