The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan department briefing and meeting, coordinate staff appraisal, compile maintenance record, perform maintenance budgeting, perform training need analysis (TNA), perform job delegation and verify safety and HIRARC compliance. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of standard operation activities, processes and procedures of industrial machine maintenance, conducive work environment, highly disciplined and knowledgeable workforce in accordance with company objectives and target. |
