This competency unit highlights the importance of having a well-documented compliance self- assessment program within a financial institution. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare compliance matrix, liaise with departments, track non-compliance incidents, follow up remedial action status and prepare consolidated report in accordance with compliance self-assessment monitoring framework |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency unit is able to carry out related compliance self-assessment program requirements within a financial institution, ensuring the level of compliance risk is in respect to applicable laws, regulations, rules and standard of guidelines. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees shall be able to: 1. Prepare compliance matrix 2. Prepare compliance self-testing matrix for business units 3. Evaluate non-compliance incidents 4. Follow up remedial action status 5. Prepare consolidated draft compliance report |
